How can we Pay?
Payments can be made by Cash, Check, or Money Order. Please Email us if you have any questions.

How is the cost of the party determined?
Our prices are very competitive with other companies, we’ll be less than some and a little more than others. Our prices are based on the location of the party and travel time. Even though we are usually at your party for an hour there are many hours of prep time involved so that you can be assured the best experience possible. If you would like our services and find a cheaper company please feel free to call, in most cases we will beat our competitors prices.

I have a dog, will that be a problem?
Our pony is used to dogs and other animals. Your animals, however, are most likely not used to our pony in their environment. So that your pets will remain happy and not stressed, you may want to put them somewhere they feel safe.

Is my deposit refundable?
We often book up several months in advance. In order to keep a schedule everyone will like, we will happily refund your deposit only if a party is canceled due to bad weather. Normally we appreciate a 24 hour cancellation due to bad weather. If you need to cancel for any other reason, we will apply your deposit to a rescheduled date and time of your choice. If you cannot find another time the deposit is not refundable.

What happens if we have bad weather on the day of our event?
I know there are very excited kids anticipating our arrival. While we cannot control the weather, we make every effort to be there, even in bad weather.

When should I reserve the party?
As soon as you have decided on a day and time, you should let us know. We will write you down in our schedule. We will require you to send a deposit along with our reservation form to confirm that date and time. We tend to fill up quickly, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have a spot for you.

Are you Insured?
We do carry insurance. We don’t anticipate to use it, we are very safety conscious. Our insurance do not allow us to have seat belts on saddles, but we will be happy to use a friendly hand to secure a young or worried rider. We also encourage parents to participate if they like! For safety, we only allow one rider at a time.
